Venkateswara Eye Hospital is started as a primary health care centre in the year 1981 by Dr.K.SRIMANNARAYANA. As he was the first medical officer in Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. Dr.G.VENKATASWAMY Garu had blessed us in inauguration of this new hospital. Under his expertise and friendly nature the hospital emerged to be the one of the best hospitals in Ongole in 1990s. Multiple thousands of patients have been treated under his guidance. Hospital emerged as Teritiary centre for cataract surgeries and corneal infections.
